Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused items in their original condition and packaging within:

  • 7–14 days of receiving your order (choose your preferred timeline)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Final sale or discounted items

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@theluggagehubz.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

You will receive instructions within 1–2 business days.

After receiving approval for the return, please send the item to the returns warehouse. The address is: 6 Tagore Dr, Singapore 787623 .

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees may apply unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping or provide a replacement free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
