All TheLuggagehubz luggage and accessories come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers defects such as:

  • Faulty zippers

  • Handles that malfunction

  • Wheels that detach under normal use

  • Locks that fail to operate

  • Structural defects in the shell or frame

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic scratches or dents

  • Damage from misuse or accidents

  • Airline handling damage

  • Wear and tear from regular use

  • Water damage

Warranty Duration

  • Luggage: 5-year limited warranty

  • Accessories: 1-year limited warranty

How to Claim Warranty

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

  • Your contact details

Our team will review the information and respond within 2–4 business days.

If approved, we will repair, replace, or provide an equivalent solution depending on the nature of the defect.
