Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email when your order has been shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. The exact cost will appear before payment is completed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Local (Singapore): 1–3 business days after dispatch
International: 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by your country’s customs office. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability to receive the package, the courier may resend or return the parcel. Additional charges may apply.
